We are seeking a reliable, enthusiastic Field Service Engineer with a passion for customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining and repairing water dispensers and coffee machines, as well as strong electro-mechanical skills.
Key Responsibilities- Perform preventative maintenance and sanitisation on boiling taps, water dispensers, and coffee machines.
- Install and commission commercial coffee machines and water equipment.
- Respond to breakdowns and carry out call-out repairs.
- Ensure optimal performance and taste quality of coffee and water systems.
- Provide customer training on equipment use and maintenance.
- Complete detailed service reports and job documentation.
- Maintain stock levels and parts in the service vehicle.
- Experience: 2+ years in water dispensers, coffee machines, vending, or similar field (preferred).
- Skills:
- Strong electro-mechanical diagnostic and repair ability
