About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Screen Printer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in silk screen printing and be responsible for operating printing equipment, preparing screens, mixing inks, and ensuring high-quality print production. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up screens, inks, and materials for printing.
- Operate screen printing machines to produce high-quality prints on various surfaces.
- Mix and match inks to achieve the correct colors and consistency.
- Inspect printed materials to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment.
- Maintain and clean screens, presses, and other printing equipment to ensure efficiency and longevity.
- Adjust machine settings to accommodate different print jobs and substrates.
- Follow design specifications, templates, and client requirements to ensure consistency.
- Work with the production team to meet deadlines and maintain workflow.
- Troubleshoot and resolve printing issues such as ink coverage, registration errors, or screen defects.
- Ensure health and safety standards are met in the printing environment.

- Experience: Previous experience in screen printing, textile printing, or industrial printing is preferred.
