The Project Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading/managing a team of five to deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role bridges technical execution with strategic project oversight, ensuring that engineering deliverables align with customer requirements, regulatory standards, and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Plan, coordinate, and oversee engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders. Serve as the technical authority and primary point of contact for engineering on assigned projects.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor the Projects team. Allocate resources effectively and resolve technical and personnel challenges. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Project Execution: Develop detailed project schedules and monitor progress against milestones. Manage risks, changes, and issues, ensuring prompt resolution. Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, quality assurance, and other departments.
