They’re looking for a Project Manager who enjoys being hands-on, takes ownership, and can confidently lead projects from early planning through to completion.
The Role
This is more than a standard Project Manager position. You’ll play a central role in developing the Projects Division, helping to shape how projects are delivered as the business grows. You’ll manage the full project lifecycle, from initial costing and planning through to on-site delivery and final handover. You’ll work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to make sure projects run smoothly, on time, and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Pre-Construction
- Support project costing and technical specifications after sale
- Define clear scopes of work and detailed cost plans
- Work with Sales and Operations to agree project margins
- Ensure all Health & Safety and legal requirements are met
- Organise site setup, including welfare and compliance provisions
- Manage multiple projects from start to finish
- Raise purchase orders and control project budgets
- Source, appoint, and manage subcontractors
- Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders
What Success Looks Like
- Strong client satisfaction and repeat business
- Projects delivered on time and within budget
- Consistent achievement or improvement of gross profit margins

Essential Experience
- Construction project management
- Experience in the following sectors: Hospitality, Office, Hotel or Leisure fit-out projects
- Pre-construction and costing
- Site setup and Health & Safety compliance
