Glue Resourcing are supporting one of our Northampton based clients who are looking for an additional HR Advisor to join their team on a full-time basis.

The salary range is based on experience, and applications are open to those with a CIPD Level 3 or a graduate looking for their first step into a HR office, this could be a great opportunity for that.

This role will support the HR Manager and the wider HR team in developing and administrating a high level or HR support across the company.

Day to day, you will be

  • Providing HR advice, support and guidance to managers and employees, supporting a wide range of people matters in line with company policies and employment legislation.
  • Supporting ER activities, including absence management, disciplinary, grievance, performance and wellbeing cases
  • Coordinating payroll processes, collating and submitting accurate information within agreed deadlines and responding to payroll related queries where required.
  • Maintaining employee records and HR administration, ensuring all documentation is accurate, secure and compliant
  • Managing the onboarding process for new starters, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and providing a positive employee experience from day one.
  • Managing training records and support the coordination, delivery, and evaluation of learning and development activities across the business.
  • Working independently, taking ownership of key HR processes while contributing to the success of the wider HR team and supporting business objectives.
  • To be considered for this opening, you will need to have as a minimum
  • A CIPD Level 3 qualification (or equivalent HR experience gained within a generalist HR environment).
  • A resilient and proactive nature, with the ability to manage competing priorities and navigate challenging situations effectively.
  • The confidence to work independently, while also collaborating effectively as part of a wider team.
  • A sound understanding of UK employment legislation and its practical application in the workplace.
