The Opportunity
Exciting opportunity for an experienced, commercially minded finance professional to join a growing and ambitious business at an important stage of its development. With current turnover of approximately £12 million and a clear ambition to continue scaling towards £15 million and beyond, it is currently structured as an LLP. This role will suit someone who enjoys working closely with the senior leadership team, understanding the wider business and using financial information to influence commercial decision-making. The successful candidate will play an important role in strengthening the existing finance function, improving processes and controls, and providing the forecasting, budgeting and commercial insight required to support the continued strategic growth.
About the Role
Working closely with the Finance Manager and wider management team, you will provide strong financial leadership and commercial support across the business. Existing financial processes and controls are already in place, but there is a requirement to review, improve and ensure they are more robust for continued growth. A key focus of the role will be forecasting, budgeting and financial planning.
