About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Account Manager to join a growing team and play a key role in developing long-term client relationships. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to your portfolio of clients, delivering an exceptional customer experience while identifying opportunities to support growth and strengthen partnerships. You’ll work closely with teams across the business to ensure clients receive outstanding service, innovative solutions, and measurable results. What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage proactive communication and account activity across your client portfolio

- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and referrals within existing accounts

- Monitor account performance, market trends, and client developments to support future growth
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing the client experience
