The Role As a Yard Operative, you will play a key role in maintaining the smooth day-to-day operation of the yard while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities Maintaining a clean, safe and organised yard and customer area.

Ensuring stock and materials are stored correctly and safely.

Loading and unloading customer and supplier vehicles.

Assisting customers with product enquiries and purchases.

Handling telephone and face-to-face stock and sales enquiries.

Creating and maintaining clear signage and point-of-sale displays to ensure products are easily identified.

Working closely with colleagues to ensure an efficient workflow.

Supporting the wider team with various operational tasks as required.

Saturday working is required as part of the role.
