Our Global client is a leading company dedicated to operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. They are seeking to recruit a fabulous Lean Manager to join their UK operations and drive Lean methodologies to enhance efficiency, quality, and overall performance.
The Role
As a Lean Manager, you will be responsible for improving SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) within operations by promoting and implementing Lean principles across the organisation. You will conduct internal training, lead Kaizen initiatives, and drive digitalization and standardization efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement Lean strategies, ensuring adherence to the clients Lean philosophy.
Organize and lead Kaizen projects, ensuring goals are achieved on time.
Conduct 5S audits and manage competition to drive continuous improvement.
Oversee operations development projects, including organizational changes and investment in new production technologies.
Promote digitalization and standardization, implementing best practices in operational management.
Manage and develop the Lean team, ensuring performance targets are met and employees are effectively coached.
Ensure health & safety compliance within operations.
Communicate effectively with internal and global stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Monitor KPIs and take action when targets are not met.

Education: Bachelor\’s/Masters in Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Quality Management.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in Lean project management, preferably in operations or quality-related roles.
