HR Advisor Northampton £30k - £36k DOE + excellent company benefits Glue Resourcing are supporting one of our Northampton based clients who are looking for an additional HR Advisor to join their team on a full-time basis.

The salary range is based on experience, and applications are open to those with a CIPD Level 3 or a graduate looking for their first step into a HR office, this could be a great opportunity for that.

This role will support the HR Manager and the wider HR team in developing and administrating a high level or HR support across the company.

Day to day, you will be: Providing HR advice, support and guidance to managers and employees, supporting a wide range of people matters in line with company policies and employment legislation.

Supporting ER activities, including absence management, disciplinary, grievance, performance and wellbeing cases Coordinating payroll processes, collating and submitting accurate information within agreed deadlines and responding to payroll related queries where required.
