Glue Resourcing are delighted to be supporting a well-established Northampton-based recruitment business in the search for an experienced and driven Head of Recruitment. This is a unique opportunity for a recruitment leader who understands that successful recruitment is about far more than generating applications and registrations. This role is focused on managing recruitment performance through data, process, team leadership and conversion, ensuring recruitment activity consistently translates into new starters and filled shifts.
As Head of Recruitment, you will take ownership of the entire recruitment function, leading the team to maximise every available candidate source and ensuring all recruitment activity is aligned to business demand and operational delivery. Working closely with the Recruitment Manager, Planning Manager and Sales Team, you will have a clear understanding of current demand, upcoming requirements, priority resourcing needs and areas where candidate supply is not meeting client expectations.
A key aspect of the role will be ensuring every suitable driver is fully explored, contacted and offered appropriate opportunities before being removed from the recruitment process or deemed unsuitable.
