What We're Looking For
We are seeking a reliable, enthusiastic Field Service Engineer with a passion for customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining and repairing water dispensers and coffee machines, as well as strong electro-mechanical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance and sanitisation on boiling taps, water dispensers, and coffee machines.
- Install and commission commercial coffee machines and water equipment.
- Respond to breakdowns and carry out call-out repairs.
- Ensure optimal performance and taste quality of coffee and water systems.
- Provide customer training on equipment use and maintenance.
- Complete detailed service reports and job documentation.
- Maintain stock levels and parts in the service vehicle.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years in water dispensers, coffee machines, vending, or similar field (preferred).
- Skills: Strong electro-mechanical diagnostic and repair ability, basic plumbing skills, excellent communication and customer service, professional and reliable, ability to manage van stock and field operations independently.
- Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence required.
- Location: Ideally based in North West London with good access to M25/M40/M1/M11.
Salary & Benefits
- Pay: £38,000 - £40,000 per year (depending on experience).
- Bonus & Perks: £120/month supermarket lunch allowance (£1,440/year), company car (Ford Transit Connect or Custom Limited), additional company rewards and bonuses (£1k - £3k/year), commission pay, signing bonus, and tips, discounted or free food.
