The Role
As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring customers enjoy uninterrupted access to premium coffee and water solutions. This is a van-based position, primarily covering London and surrounding areas.
Typically, you will attend around three service appointments per day, carrying out planned maintenance and reactive servicing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Servicing and maintaining coffee machines, water dispensers, and related equipment
- Delivering a high standard of customer service and technical support
- Representing the business professionally at customer sites
- Working collaboratively within a team that values innovation and continuous improvement
Skills, Experience & Training
While previous experience in a similar role is beneficial, attitude and reliability are just as important. A practical, “can-do” approach is highly valued.
Desirable skills and certifications include:
- Electrical competency training
- Asbestos Awareness training
- DBS registration
- Plumbing skills to WRAS installer standard (or equivalent)
Training and support will be provided for the right candidate to develop these competencies.
