We are working with a well-established and growing contract cleaning business to recruit an experienced Operations Manager. This is a key role within the business, responsible for managing multiple sites, leading teams, and ensuring high standards of service delivery across all contracts.

The Role
- Manage a portfolio of key sites alongside Area Supervisors
- Ensure all sites operate in line with Health & Safety requirements
- Oversee client KPIs and SLAs, ensuring high service standards
- Conduct regular site audits and performance reviews
- Build strong relationships with clients through regular meetings
- Support and guide Area Supervisors across multiple locations
- Manage staffing levels, holidays, and absence to ensure full coverage
- Oversee recruitment of cleaning operatives
- Provide support on HR matters when required
- Monitor site hours and support payroll input
- Ensure all sites are fully resourced and operating efficiently
About You
- Proven experience within contract cleaning or facilities management
- Experience managing multiple sites and teams
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Confident communicator with excellent client-facing ability
- Organised, proactive, and able to take ownership
- Good IT skills (Word, Excel, reporting systems)
- Full UK driving licence
