Project Sales Engineering Team Manager Location: Swadlincote Job Type: Permanent Salary: £55-£60k About the Role: We are looking for a Project Sales Engineering Team Manager to join our team! In this role, you will lead a team of Project Sales Engineers, ensuring technical and commercial excellence throughout the project lifecyclefrom RFQ to final delivery. Your expertise in engineering, project management, and customer relations will be critical in driving sales growth, optimizing project execution, and enhancing our product offerings. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the technical authority for customer projects, ensuring compliance with requirements. Lead and guide the Project Sales Engineering team in delivering cost-effective, technically sound solutions. Supervise technical proposal development, Clause-by-Clause (CbC) analysis, and internal documentation. Engage with customers, present solutions, and build strong long-term relationships. Oversee project management, ensuring adherence to Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) metrics. Support product and system improvements, including pre-studies and validation processes.
