The role involves acting as a first point of contact for technicians, team managers, and customers. You will plan and organise daily activities, such as maintenance or installation visits. Your responsibilities include:
- Speaking with customers to ensure they are ready for the technician’s visit.
- Working to agreed timescales to ensure jobs are completed on time.
- Liaising with on-trade customers to arrange installation activities, from simple changes to large refurbishment works.
- Ensuring activities are organised with the correct decision maker, job details are accurate, and all necessary information is captured for technicians.
- Making informed decisions to utilise installation resources in line with budgeted levels.
- Prioritising workload and processing activities within agreed SLAs.
- Taking ownership of issues relating to installation activities and escalating to management when necessary.
- Building and maintaining effective working relationships with field technicians, operational teams, supply chain colleagues, service providers, and other stakeholders.
- Contributing towards individual Key Performance Objectives and supporting wider business strategies.
