Location: Dinnington

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm

Contract: Office-based

Salary: Dependent on experience

Role Overview

We’re seeking an organised and proactive Office Manager to ensure smooth daily operations across administration, compliance, HR, fleet management, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Office & Administration

  • Maintain company records, documentation, and communication flow
  • Manage templates, document control, and version consistency
  • Liaise with suppliers and service providers for contracts and invoices
  • Coordinate with senior management, staff, auditors, and external partners

Quality, Compliance & Health & Safety

  • Support all QHSE processes and documentation
  • Oversee near-miss and accident reporting, PPE provision, and First Aid coordination
  • Maintain Safe Contractor certification and customer complaint logs
  • Keep compliance and quality action records up to date

HR Administration (Non-Payroll)

  • Administer BrightHR system and employee records
  • Handle uniform allocation and replacements
  • Support general HR administrative tasks

Fleet & Vehicle Management

  • Manage company vehicles, servicing, MOTs, and returns
  • Maintain insurance details and assist with claims
  • Conduct annual driving licence checks

Audit & Finance Support

  • Compile documentation for audits and upload to portals
  • Liaise with CFO and Financial Controller during audits
  • Manage compliance-related fee payments
