The role: Our client are looking for a proactive and highly organised Office Administrator to support their office operations, production admin, and logistics coordination. You will play a key role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes from paperwork and scheduling to chasing deliveries and solving day-to-day logistics issues. If you are calm under pressure, great at problem-solving, and enjoy being the person who makes things happen, you will thrive in this role.
- Manage day-to-day office admin (supplies, facilities, admin systems)
- Handle calls, emails, and general enquiries
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
- Support HR/admin processes (onboarding paperwork, timesheets, leave tracking)
- Provide admin support to the production team
- Prepare and maintain production schedules and reports
- Raise and track purchase orders for production materials
- Maintain production documentation and compliance records
- Coordinate between production, sales, and operations teams
- Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and collections
- Liaise with couriers, freight forwarders, and suppliers
- Track orders and deliveries to ensure deadlines are met
- Handle and resolve logistics issues (late deliveries, missing items, damages)
- Maintain logistics records and update internal systems
- Support inventory and stock control processes
The successful candidate:
- Previous experience in office admin, production admin, logistics admin, or operations support
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator who can chase, follow up, and resolve issues
- Comfortable working with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; ERP systems a bonus)
- Practical problem-solver with a calm, can-do attitude
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
