Ref: 774 Role: Insolvency Cashier Location: Matlock Salary: £25,000-£30,000 per annum depending on experience Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm with 1 hour for lunch each day unpaid. Working pattern: Office based What’s on offer: * The AAT qualification and further study to become a fully qualified accountant with the CIMA professional diploma or equivalent dependent upon preference. * An opportunity to gain professional qualifications in the Insolvency field. Key duties/responsibilities: * Creating and maintaining cases on a bespoke case management system; * Administration of client/office ledgers and deposit accounts * Daily Bank Reconciliations of clients * Posting daily transactions on clients * Completing VAT returns for Clients * Completing processing of receipts and payment for case bank accounting using transfers via online banking. * Payments of dividends via cheque and online banking * Opening and closing bank accounts for clients * Reconciling client accounts * Filing and General Housekeeping; * Raising and processing Bills * Data input of sales and purchases in the company accounts system.
