You will play a key role in supporting the Clinical Negligence Solicitor with the day-to-day management of a varied caseload, from initial instruction right through to settlement or trial. Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the preparation of witness statements
- Reviewing medical records and producing detailed medical chronologies
