The Marketing Manager role is an integral role for developing the agency and would suit someone who wants to be inherently involved in taking an agency to the next level.

Working alongside C-suite employees, the Marketing Manager needs to be committed to building the agency’s reputation and helping with running of retained accounts.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the development and delivery of new client briefs as they come into the agency.
  • Provide support across community management and social media channels of retained clients
  • Manage and grow GLTCH owned social channels, with a focus on increasing brand exposure, audience growth, and revenue opportunities.
  • Drive greater awareness of GLTCH through proactive agency marketing and promotional initiatives.
  • Develop long-term strategies for retained clients, identifying opportunities to strengthen and grow accounts.
  • Manage and nurture client relationships, building trust and identifying opportunities to increase retained and repeat business.
  • Represent GLTCH at relevant industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, building relationships and raising the agency’s profile.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to identify emerging opportunities for both GLTCH and its clients.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years minimum experience working in a client facing role within a gaming/esports agency.
  • Strong understanding of media planning, all media environments, and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Sound understanding of all social and community platforms
  • Proven ability to listen to client objectives and translate those into ideas.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Passion and deep understanding of the gaming/esports industry.
  • 30 days annual leave (in addition to Bank Holidays)
