Your responsibilities:

  • Strategically steer and further develop the international partner network with focus on the UK market.
  • Take ownership of commercial performance, revenue development, and margin management of the UK market.
  • Analyze market data and KPIs and translate insights into actionable growth and optimization measures.
  • Lead and manage cross-border projects with a strong business development focus.
  • Support the international scaling of processes, services, and IT solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Pricing, IT, and Quality across Europe.

You will bring to the job:

  • Several years of experience in international Sales, Business Development, or Partner Management within logistics, transport, or parcel/CEP services.
  • Proven track record in market development and expansion, ideally with the UK.
  • Strong commercial mindset with solid understanding of P&L, margins, and KPI-driven sales.
  • Affinity for IT and strong entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment as well as English proficiency (C1).
  • Willingness to travel within Europe.
