GLP Training is growing fast, and we’re on the lookout for a versatile, creative, and digitally savvy Multimedia Designer to produce high-quality visuals across video, social, email, web, and events. Working closely with our Marketing Manager, Senior Multimedia Designer and Marketing Executive you'll take creative briefs and turn them into engaging content for learners, employers, and brand partners alike.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Design campaign assets for social media, email marketing, landing pages, decks, and events
  • Edit video content for ads, social, employer stories, and learner spotlights (Premiere Pro)
  • Create motion graphics and animations (After Effects) for paid and organic digital campaigns
  • Ensure all visuals meet brand guidelines and are optimised for performance
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Executive to deliver assets for paid media, email and website
  • Collaborate with the Senior Multimedia Designer for quality control, brand evolution, and creative innovation
  • Manage design files, templates, and creative production workflows

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years’ experience in a design role focused on digital content (agency or in-house)
  • Graphic design or creative degree (not essential if adequate experience)
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite – particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro
  • Experience with work management software such as Monday.com
  • Experience creating visual assets for paid social, organic campaigns and email marketing
  • Basic understanding of layout for web, mobile and responsive design
  • Confident taking creative direction but also contributing ideas
  • A strong portfolio of recent digital and video work (please include with your application)

Bonus if you’ve worked in a high-growth or mission-driven business. Experience in education is not required - we’ll support you in learning the space.

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Worcester WR1 1RS
