The Role
We are seeking a proactive and confident Conveyancer to join our residential property team. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion/post-completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload with minimal supervision.
- Handle freehold and leasehold sale and purchase transactions.
- Deal with new build transactions (including off-plan).
- Conduct title checks, searches, and draft contracts.
- Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties.
- Utilise Case Management Systems and Land Registry portals.
- Ensure compliance with CQS (Conveyancing Quality Scheme) protocols.
About You
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a conveyancing fee-earner.
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEX (or equivalent experience).
- Confident managing a full caseload autonomously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent client care skills and commercial awareness.
