Digital Analytics Specialist to join our team and help plan, implement and deliver digital measurement projects across a varied client portfolio.

This is a hands-on technical role focused primarily on

Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 & Data Studio , alongside related platforms and technologies.

You will work across measurement planning, tracking implementation, analytics audits, troubleshooting, ecommerce measurement, conversion tracking, reporting and client training.

You’ll take ownership of your work while collaborating closely with our analytics, strategy, account management and digital marketing teams, as well as clients and external developers.

You should be comfortable opening an unfamiliar GTM container, GA4 property or tracking implementation, understanding what is happening and methodically investigating problems.

Just as importantly, you should be able to step away from the technical detail and explain what it means to a client in clear, practical language.

We value people who are curious, thorough and willing to share what they know.

You will have responsibility for your own work, while being part of an experienced team that collaborates, challenges ideas and solves difficult problems together.

  • Investigate discrepancies between analytics, advertising, ecommerce and other platforms.
  • Translate data into clear findings & practical recommendations for clients.
  • Client & Project Delivery
  • Manage analytics projects and deliverables from planning through to implementation, testing and handover.
  • Work directly with clients to understand requirements and provide analytics advice.
  • Present findings, recommendations and project outcomes to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Produce clear measurement plans, implementation documentation and testing notes.
  • Deliver analytics training sessions and workshops where required.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across analytics, strategy, account management and digital marketing.
  • Team & Business Development
  • Share technical knowledge and support colleagues across the wider team.
  • Contribute to proposals and scoping for new and existing clients.
  • Identify opportunities to improve or expand the analytics services we provide.
  • Keep up to date with developments across GA4, GTM, Data Studio, privacy, consent and digital measurement.
  • Contribute to relevant content, training materials and industry events where appropriate.
