We pack products for over 100 brands across the UK. Pet food/treat & supplements, horticultural, wellness, construction and specialist consumer goods. If it needs packing well, we're probably already doing it for someone in that space.

Now we're growing the sales team, and we're looking for someone who can help more brands find us.

This is an internal sales position, based at our site in Needham Market, full‑time, on‑site. You'll be the person who responds when a brand first makes contact, turns an enquiry into a quote, and sees it through to an order. You'll manage pipeline, build relationships, and work closely with our operations, design, and customer service teams to make sure what we promise is actually deliverable.

It's not a call‑centre role. It's a commercial role. You'll need to understand what brands need, match that to what we can do, and communicate it clearly.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in customer services looking to progress to sales or someone already in internal sales, ideally in manufacturing, packaging, or B2B. If you've worked with FMCG or consumer goods brands, even better.
  • Someone who can handle enquiry pipeline without dropping the ball, organised, detail‑oriented, good with deadlines.
  • A clear, confident phone and email manner. Brands trust us with their products and their reputation. The first impression matters.
  • Commercial awareness, you'll be preparing quotations and working with pricing, so the numbers need to make sense to you.
  • Comfortable with CRM systems. We use a sales enablement tool; if you've used any decent sales tool, you'll pick it up.
  • A genuine interest in building relationships, not just processing orders.

Why Glowcroft:

We've been doing this for over 35 years. We pack nine million products a year. We have ambitious growth plans. What we're building here is a business that the right brands can rely on completely. That starts with the commercial team. You'll get a full onboarding programme and ongoing mentorship. We're invested in helping you build a sales career here, not just fill a seat.

If that sounds like the kind of place you want to work, we'd like to hear from you.
