These are our current challenges and future goals: Marketing is a core growth driver at Glow25. We’re looking for a Senior Marketing & Conversion Analyst who owns tracking quality, marketing performance visibility, and funnel reporting end-to-end. In this role, you’ll work hands-on with GTM, GA4, pixels, SQL and act as the bridge between Marketing, Tech, and Data – ensuring our marketing decisions are grounded in reliable, actionable insights.
This is where we need your support:
- Own our tracking & measurement setup end-to-end: GTM implementation (client + server-side), marketing pixels, GA4 events, and campaign tracking logic – ensuring new campaigns, features, and landing pages are measurable from day one.
- GDPR & consent compliance is your responsibility – you understand how consent mechanisms affect attribution, event tracking, and campaign performance, and align our tracking with legal and technical constraints.
- Analyze marketing performance beyond platform dashboards: evaluate ROAS, MER, CAC, and contribution margin, deep dive into cohorts and CLTV, and connect campaign performance to backend revenue and subscription behavior.
- Map and optimize our webshop funnel – identify drop-offs, quantify revenue impact, segment by traffic source and device, and support CRO initiatives with structured analysis.
- Build reliable marketing data models using advanced SQL and dbt, create actionable reporting, and ensure consistent metric definitions that stakeholders can rely on.
You have the following experience:
- 4+ years working in marketing analytics, ideally in a DTC/e-commerce environment with subscription models and paid traffic dynamics.
- GTM and GA4 are tools you know inside out – from setup to troubleshooting.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with dbt or similar transformation tools come naturally to you.
- Deep knowledge of attribution frameworks, consent-based tracking (GDPR, CMP logic), and funnel/CRO methodology.
- Communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders is one of your strengths – paired with a strong ownership mindset in fast-moving environments.
