As a Mid-Level CRM Manager (all genders) in a full-time role, you will be a key member of our dynamic CRM team at Glow25. You’ll take on both strategic and operational responsibilities while collaborating closely with our creative Marketing team to craft the ultimate customer experience.   • You bring your creative ideas to life by developing personalized email campaigns – from segmentation and content selection to copywriting and design.
  • You execute email and WhatsApp campaigns using tools like Klaviyo and Chatarmin, introduce new solutions, and ensure smooth and efficient processes.
  • You independently lead various strategic CRM projects to drive our CRM efforts forward.
  • To continuously optimize campaigns and automations, you analyze and evaluate relevant CRM data.
  • You keep contact lists clean and up to date, and document campaigns and workflows to ensure transparency and ongoing improvement.
  • In close collaboration with other teams, you develop innovative monetization concepts that significantly contribute to increasing Customer Lifetime Value.

You have the following experience:

  • You hold a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Ideally, you have experience in e-commerce and D2C business models. You’re familiar with the customer lifecycle, subscription models, and repeat purchases.

Must Have:

  • You are proficient in using Klaviyo.
  • You have a great eye for trends and innovations in customer retention and CRM.
  • You are highly self-organized and work in a structured manner.

Nice to Have:

  • You have had initial experience with WhatsApp as a marketing channel.
  • You are fluent in English (C1) and speak German at B2 level.
