What You’ll Earn
- £24,000 Basic Salary
- Uncapped Commission
- Realistic OTE £40,000–£50,000+
- Hybrid working (office + remote split)
- High performers are rewarded. Average performance will not succeed here.
What You’ll Do
- Convert warm inbound competition leads into paid bookings
- Confidently handle objections
- Secure booking fees
- Maximise attendance rates
- Follow up consistently
- Maintain CRM accuracy
- Hit weekly revenue and booking targets
You must be comfortable discussing money and closing decisively.

Essential Requirements
- 3+ years telephone telesales experience (essential)

- Luxury, photography, beauty or experience-based sales background is highly desirable. Or worked for a model portfolio studio doing bookings.
