We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Heating & Cooling Installation Manager to join the team and be a pivotal part of our ongoing success.
Heating & Cooling Installation Manager Responsibilities:- Manage all heating and cooling installations including air conditioning, boilers and heat pumps;
- Oversee Operation Executives to execute the smooth installations and remedial works, ensuring customers are well communicated with and kept up to date;
- Support the handling of customer complaints, and manage escalated cases where appropriate;
- Liaise with other Installation Managers on improvement work that enhances installation execution and improves customer service levels;
- Responsible for margin management of installations.
- 3 years experience in gas, heating or cooling management;
- ACS qualification is desirable.
- Competitive annual salary dependent on experience, and annual pay reviews;
- Bournemouth office based role, Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm;
