This is a full‑time, hybrid Brand & Marketing Manager role based in London, with a mix of on‑site and work‑from‑home days. The Brand & Marketing Manager will develop and execute brand and marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and sales across digital and offline channels. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include planning and managing campaigns, overseeing social media and email marketing and maintaining a consistent brand voice and visual identity. The role will analyse performance metrics, manage marketing budgets and timelines, and optimise campaigns based on data insights. This position will also collaborate with product, operations, and external partners or agencies to ensure cohesive brand storytelling, support product launches, and strengthen Glow For It’s presence in the beauty market.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in brand management and marketing, ideally within beauty, wellness, or consumer products.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and measure multi‑channel campaigns (social, email, web, paid media, influencers, and partnerships).
  • Strong skills in content planning and storytelling, with an eye for consistent brand identity across copy, visuals, and customer touchpoints.
  • Comfort working with analytics tools to interpret data, track KPIs, and inform marketing decisions.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and growing engaged online communities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and a focus on inclusive, customer‑centric messaging.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a small team, manage multiple projects, and operate independently in a hybrid work environment.
  • Familiarity with basic design or marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, email marketing platforms, CMS) is beneficial.
  • Previous experience in a startup or small business environment, and interest in beauty and skincare, are strong advantages.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
