We are looking for an efficiency‑driven Operations Supervisor to streamline our workflows, maintain strict compliance, and champion our healthy food mission!
Role Mission & Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across all vegan concepts and ensure smooth, efficient workspace workflow.
- Ensure all staff strictly follow SOPs, exact recipes, and specialty vegan food handling standards.
- Conduct thorough daily opening and closing checks for cleanliness, stock levels, and equipment functionality.
- Monitor kitchen hygiene, food safety compliance, and team personal hygiene standards.
- Ensure proper food storage, clear labelling, temperature control, and strict FIFO stock rotation.
- Manage inventory ordering, receiving, stock control, and wastage reduction to optimize profitability.
- Train, coach, and develop staff with a sharp focus on building versatile multi‑concept skills.
- Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve operational issues promptly on the spot.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Eligibility: Singaporeans, Permanent Residents (PR), or Long‑Term Visit Pass (LTVP) holders are preferred and will have an added advantage.
- Experience: Preferably with supervisory experience in fast‑casual or multi‑concept F&B operations.
- Certifications: WSQ Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (Required). WSQ Food Safety Level 3 / Food Hygiene Officer Certification (Preferred).
- Schedule: Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays based on a 44‑hour work week (5.5‑day structure).
