Role of a Sales Support Executive:
- Answering high volume calls pertaining to incoming enquiries
- Providing quotations for clients who are interested in using Glover Priest
- Cross sell other Glover Priest products and services at every opportunity
- Follow up leads with potential clients & referrers
- Chase leads and making outbound calls
- Creating client files using our internal case management system
- Responsible for Customer Portal administration
- Working within shared inboxes to retrieve quote enquiries and action accordingly
- Responding to customer communications in appropriate timescales and professional manner
The Successful Sales Support Executive Will Possess:
- The ability to work in a customer driven environment
- Passionate about sales
- Highly motivated by targets, with the ability to overachieve goals and targets
- Good level of IT skills and a high level of attention to detail
- Effective team player with a positive attitude
