Roles & Responsibilities Of The Conveyancer/Solicitor
- Liaising with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, financial advisors and estate agents.
- Managing a caseload including sales & purchase, equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions.
- Generating fee income in line with agreed targets.
- Holding and developing new relationships with introducers.
- Managing a case from fruition to post‑completion.
The Successful Conveyancer/Solicitor Will Possess
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing a high‑volume residential conveyancing caseload.
- A relevant qualification (solicitor, CILEx, CLC) or experience managing own caseload.
- IT literate with experience using a case management system.
- Commercially astute, understanding business targets.
- Forward‑thinking, entrepreneurial and dynamic, able to work as a team.
- Experience dealing with corporate estate agents and other referrers.
