Are you a visionary leader ready to transform healthcare logistics? Gloucestershire Managed Services (GMS) is seeking a Head of Logistics & Deputy Associate Director of Facilities to lead our integrated Logistics Service, covering Linen & Laundry, Transport, Post, Waste, Materials Management, and Warehousing.
In this role, you will:
- Drive innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence across all logistics services
- Lead strategic and operational initiatives, ensuring safe, compliant and customer-focused delivery
- Champion workforce development, digital transformation, and continuous improvement
- Support organisation-wide priorities as Deputy to the Associate Director of Facilities
We’re looking for someone with:
- Significant experience in logistics or facilities operations within a large, complex organisation
- Proven success in transformational programmes and service improvement
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and financial acumen
- Professional membership (e.g., IWFM, CILT UK) and leadership training experience
Important: This role is employed by GMS and is not subject to NHS Agenda for Change terms and conditions.
