Influence at a senior level. Lead a service that underpins patient safety. Sterile Services is the specialist function that cleans, inspects, packs and sterilises thousands of medical devices every day, ensuring every instrument used in patient care is safe, compliant and ready for clinical teams.
We’re looking for an experienced senior leader to take on a high-profile, multi-site role overseeing decontamination and sterile services – services that underpin safe, effective patient care every day. This role goes beyond operational delivery. As the organisation’s professional lead, you will provide expert oversight, governance and assurance, ensuring services remain fully compliant with regulatory standards and national guidance (including HTM 01-01 and wider frameworks) while supporting strategic decision-making.

- Lead multi-site decontamination and sterile services operations
- Provide assurance and reporting to senior leadership and governance forums
- Ensure compliance with national standards and regulatory frameworks
