We are a multi-academy trust of 11 primary schools across Gloucestershire and Worcestershire. We are committed to supporting our staff to be the best they can be, and 'growing our own' staff is key to our People Strategy. We originally started life in 2013 as a group of three Gloucestershire schools working together. Over the last eleven years, we have expanded successfully beyond Gloucestershire, hence our recent change to being known as The GLA Trust. The creation of The GLA Trust was a natural progression of our belief in a partnership ethos and our determination to ensure that more young people receive an exceptional education through Quality First Teaching. We champion over 2,600 children and over 400 teachers, leaders, and support staff across our growing community of schools.

We are looking for someone who is keen to pursue a career in school administration to join our team. The role will be responsible for supporting with the provision of full administrative support for the school, including:

  • Being 'front of house' in the reception, answering calls and welcoming visitors
  • Organising supply cover
  • Ensuring pupil records are accurate and maintained
  • Coordinating whole-school communications to parents

This is a full-time role to be considered upon completion of the apprenticeship. Work towards your Level 3 Business Administration Qualification. (All learning is delivered online/remote). Training Provider: LMP Education (rated 1st best UK training provider). Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm. (Term Time only, 38-40 weeks a year).
