Are you looking for an interesting part time administration job? Now is a great time to join our administration team, at Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust, in this busy but rewarding team administrator post, based in Stroud.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working team player with excellent organisational skills who can sustain quality in their document production, work collaboratively with colleagues to manage the workload on a day-to-day basis, and prioritise work to meet deadlines.
You will need strong interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to quickly build relationships with the team and managers across the organisation, providing responsive and proactive administrative support.
Main duties of the job
This is a part time role, based in Stroud.
- Minute taking experience would be an advantage, as this is an essential part of the role.
- Previous NHS experience would be an advantage.
- To collect, collate and create data reports in various formats for the team manager.
- To work within various IT systems and provide clerical and administration support to senior managers as required.
- The post holder will work under indirect supervision and will directly contribute to and co-ordinate the efficient running of the service.
- To project the professional image of the trust through demonstrating excellent customer care in all activities
- To maintain confidentiality at all times

- English & Maths GCSE level grade C education or equivalent
- NVQ Level 2 in administration or equivalent experience
Experience
