Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting Home First Assistants to join the East Gloucestershire team. The role supports people at home after hospital discharge, helping regain independence and daily living skills within a multidisciplinary team.
We offer 36.75 hours per week across 7am–10pm shifts on a four-on, four-off rota, across sites in Cheltenham, Stroud and the Cotswolds, with a pro rata salary of £25,272–£27,476 per annum. Applications close 16 October 2026.
