Staff Nurse in Gloucester

As a predominantly nurse led ward this means you will have greater autonomy and ultimately gain more job satisfaction by giving the best patient care. Key Responsibilities: Depending on each site, these will include: Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a community hospital setting. Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patients. Manage complex care situations, chronic disease, admission avoidance, and end-of-life care.
