The Countywide Directorate is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Project Manager to deliver our Cost Improvement Programme. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive operational team. The role requires an excellent understanding of healthcare service delivery and budget management as well as a track record of successfully delivering projects.

Reporting to the Service Director, you will work closely with key stakeholders, including Deputy Service Directors, Operational Service Managers, Medical Leads, Heads of Profession and Governance Leads to ensure the success of delivering the project within year and planning for the following financial year.

The Countywide Project Manager will convene and manage project teams and provide project management support to the Deputy Service Director and Operational Service Leads within the directorate to enable the delivery of the annual Cost Improvement Plan (CIP) target and support associated change initiatives. The Countywide Project Manager will also support service improvements across the directorate which will require a high level of planning, coaching, analytical and communication skills.
