Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust seeks a highly experienced, confident, and forward-thinking corporate governance professional to join our senior leadership team as Director of Corporate Governance.
Main duties of the jobThis is a high-profile position reporting directly to the Chief Executive. You will be the architect responsible for strengthening and shaping our entire corporate governance framework while playing a broader role too.
You will provide strategic leadership for our approach to communications and speaking up as well as overseeing crucial corporate compliance functions.
