Digital Programme Manager

Overview

This is an important role within Digital Services, involving close collaboration with Digital colleagues and operational and clinical staff across the Trust. It will require effective engagement with internal and external stakeholders to deliver and embed digital Programmes of work.

The Digital Programme Manager will have experience in the delivery of complex programmes and will therefore have detailed knowledge and skills in programme and project management and change management.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing digital change and transformation, including the identification, monitoring, tracking, and realisation of benefits.
• Engaging with clinical staff to facilitate user co-design of new processes and ensuring change assurance by aligning change management functions across digital, clinical, and Trust services.
• Ensuring compliance with NHS technical standards.
• Accountability for staff, including line management and professional supervision of digital change delivery staff, as well as occasional matrix management of digital portfolio project staff.
• Identification, tracking, and realisation of financial benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in the delivery of complex programmes and detailed knowledge and skills in programme and project management and change management.
