About The Team & Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Programme Manager to lead the development, initiation, and implementation of one or more of our transformation programmes. As a financially stable council, we are committed to seeking ways to improve and have ambitious plans in place for transformation and change across the council.
To do this, you will be working closely with subject matter experts across the council and partner organisations, joining a supportive team of project and change management professionals within the Transformation team.
About You
To be successful, you will need experience of managing ambitious and complex programmes, using your knowledge of programme management tools and techniques to proactively plan and manage activity from initiation to delivery of benefits. Your strong organisational and creative problem-solving skills will help you manage competing deadlines and tight timescales. Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at different levels are essential to ensure a collaborative approach to delivery.
