About the Role:
Gloucestershire County Council has an exciting opportunity for an experienced senior leader from the school system to lead our school improvement team.
About You:
In this role, you will be responsible for leading our local school improvement strategy and managing a team of experienced performance advisers to support LA maintained schools in delivering high-quality education for the children of Gloucestershire. The post holder will work closely with Education Psychology, Advisory Teaching, and Inclusion services to ensure a joined-up and collaborative approach to supporting and challenging school performance.
