We are currently recruiting for MASH Social Workers to join our Front Door team.

Our team structures are designed to ensure there is the right level of support and management oversight available to staff within the Front Door / MASH.
As a social worker within our MASH team, you will work to ensure we keep the children and young people at the heart of our assessments and decision making.
You will need a clear understanding of the principle and function of a Front Door / Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub and evidence of the ability to determine positive outcomes for children and young people, within tight timescales.
The ideal applicant will have had a good foundation of working as a frontline social worker. To be successful for the post we also need you to have:
- Social Work England registration
- Ideally experience within a MASH team
- A recognised qualification in Social Work
- To have passed your Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) (if you qualified after 2012)
- DBS clearance (Enhanced Adults and Children’s)
