We are currently recruiting for MASH Social Workers to join our Front Door team.

About the team: Our team structures are designed to ensure there is the right level of support and management oversight available to staff within the Front Door / MASH.

About you: As a social worker within our MASH team, you will work to ensure we keep the children and young people at the heart of our assessments and decision making.

You will need a clear understanding of the principle and function of a Front Door / Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub and evidence of the ability to determine positive outcomes for children and young people, within tight timescales.

The ideal applicant will have had a good foundation of working as a frontline social worker. To be successful for the post we also need you to have:

  • Social Work England registration
  • Ideally experience within a MASH team
  • A recognised qualification in Social Work
  • To have passed your Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) (if you qualified after 2012)
  • DBS clearance (Enhanced Adults and Children’s)
