Gloucestershire County Council is seeking an Occupational Therapy Lead in Gloucestershire.

You will support Occupational Therapists across community teams, locality services, hospital discharge pathways and specialist services to enable independence and effective outcomes.

The role requires leading professional development, supervising OT staff and modelling best practice while ensuring care adheres to the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act and Human Rights Act.
