Gloucestershire County Council is recruiting a Senior Support Worker for the Stroud area to lead shifts and deliver trauma-informed support for young people and care leavers aged 16–25 within a 19-flat supported accommodation service.

You will oversee staff, promote independence, manage risk, and collaborate with social workers and partners, while ensuring high standards of care and GDPR-compliant record-keeping.
