We need a self-motivated individual with a positive approach and willingness to contribute towards our excellent provision of insurance services to the Council and schools.
Your responsibilities will include financial administration, motor vehicle insurance management, and support for strategic and operational insurance policies.
You will also be responsible for monthly reconciliations, audit of insurance claims and premiums, end-of-year account close-down, and reporting on insurance funds and budgets.
You will have specific responsibilities related to motor insurance including claims processing, liability assessment, database maintenance, statistical reporting, and annual renewal administration.
Knowledge, skills, and experience in insurance, particularly in local government practices, financial administration and software proficiency will be an advantage.
Your skills will include resilience, teamwork, initiative, communication skills, and professionalism.
